Excellent publishing news out this week: Jelena Dinic  has a poem Hotel Room Nightmare in the latest Australian Poetry Journal 5.2. David Ades, Aidan Coleman, Ian Gibbins and Cary Hamlyn have poems in the latest Australian Poetry Anthology 4.

Single Poet series

The Single Poet series publishes a complete collection of poems from a previously unpublished poet, selected anonymously by a experienced judge.

FSP Annual Anthology

The Annual Anthology

The annual anthology publishes a selection of poems by FSP members. All original poems read by members of Friendly Street Poets at an official FSP meeting, whether in the city or at a regional centre, are eligible to be selected for publication in the anthology.

In order for your poems to be considered for publication in the anthology, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • You MUST be a 2024 financial member of Friendly Street Poets.
  • Your submission MUST have been read at an FSP Open Mic meeting in 2024.
  • There is a 3-minute reading time total per submission, regardless of number of poems.
