FSP 2020 AGM

Friendly Street Poets Inc is obliged to hold its Annual General Meeting by the end of April 2020. Due to the restrictions imposed under the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, it is not possible to have a face-to-face meeting. However, we can satisfy our statuary requirements by having a minimal AGM on-line.

The on-line meeting is open from 9:00am Monday, 20th April, 2020 until 5:00pm Friday 24th April, 2020.

You must be a current financial member of FSP to have your vote counted.

There are four items on the Agenda:
(1) Acceptance of the Minutes of the 2019 AGM.
(2) Acceptance of the 2020 Treasurer’s Report.
(3) Acceptance of the the 2020 Convenor’s Report.
(4) Confirmation of the appointment of Management Committee members.

Documents for the Agenda items are presented below. Each document can be scrolled down for reading on-line. They also can be printed out or downloaded as PDF files via the icons at the top of each document window.

You can vote on the Agenda items via the form below.

If required, FSP will hold a Special General Meeting at a later date to address any further issues arising from matters relating to the AGM.

Approve appointment of Committee Members

The following FSP members have nominated for the Committee: Steve Evans and Elise Silson, with David Harris and Roger Higgins re-nominating. They join Nigel Ford and Emelia Haskey who still have one year remaining in current office. This is more than the minimum and less than the maximum number of Committee members required by our Constitution, so no election is required. However, their appointments should be confirmed by the meeting.
